This classroom lesson will teach students who are new to investing how to analyze a stock. Upon completion, students will have a basic understanding of stocks and the stock market, as well as the ability to go beyond beginner techniques used to pick stocks. By learning the P/E (Price/Earnings) and PEG (Price/Earnings/Growth) ratios, students will learn the basics of how to apply research data in determining if a stock price is considered “fair.”
