Charles V. Wait is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Adirondack Trust Company in Saratoga Springs, New York. From 2003 to 2009 he served as a Class A member of the Board of Directors of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Wait also serves as Director of the New York Bankers Association and as a member of the Saratoga County Water Authority. He has been a member of the Museum's Board of Trustees since 2011.
