Linda Rapacki has been the Museum of American Finance's Managing Director of Business Operations, Visitor Services and Education since January 2008. She oversaw the creation of the Museum Finance Academy in 2010 and has managed the program since its inception. She also developed and facilitated the Museum's Title One Program, providing access for tens of thousands of NYC area students to the Museum's collections, exhibits and educational programs.
Linda received her extensive knowledge about customer relations, training and project management through her careers at The New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) and Cablevision Systems. At the NYMEX, she developed and ran programs in the Education Department and also worked for the NYMEX Charitable Foundation.
