Martha Clark Goss
Martha Clark Goss serves as a director of various public and private corporations. Her career has been in banking, investments, insurance and finance: Chase Manhattan Bank (credit analyst, lending/relationship officer); Prudential Insurance Company (buy side investment analyst, Corporate Treasurer, President of Prudential Power Funding - utility and alternative energy finance, President of Prudential Asset Management, and SVP and Enterprise Risk Management Officer) and Booz-Allen & Hamilton (CFO).
Since 1992 Ms. Goss has also served on numerous corporate boards, including five NYSE listed companies: Dexter Corporation, Foster Wheeler Corporation, Cowen Financial, Claire's Stores and American Water. In addition, she was Non-Executive Chair of Channel Reinsurance Company, a financial guaranty reinsurance company, and served on the boards of various privately held corporations in banking, insurance, engineering and construction and natural language processing.
Currently, Ms. Goss serves on the board of American Water, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee; as a Trustee of the Neuberger Berman Mutual Funds, where she is the Vice Chair of the Audit Committee; and as a member of the board of Allianz Life of New York. She also serves as a faculty member at Deloitte University. She has been a member of the Museum's Board of Trustees since 2013.
