Phillip A. Ciano, Esq. is co-founder and managing partner of Bright Path Sports Partners and a founding partner of Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP—a national sports law/deal boutique representing private and public companies, global talent agencies and diversified investment funds. Phil is also a co-founder, the Managing Partner and General Counsel for Bright Path Sports Partners. Phil is responsible for Bright Path’s overall leadership as well as origination of professional sports and ancillary investments. He is on the Board of Ipswich Town Football Club, the American Cancer Society and the Miami Parent’s Council. He is an Ohio licensed sports agent and an active member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
