Mindy Ross, the Museum’s Director of External Relations, has extensive management experience within the financial services industry, including traditional institutional banking, global financial initiatives, credit card services and global wealth management. Ms. Ross held leadership positions at Smith Barney, Bankers Trust and the legacy firms of JPMorgan Chase. During her tenure at Smith Barney she was widely quoted in financial publications and was featured on SkyTV, NBC Nightly News, CNBC Business Center and PBS. Most recently, she consulted in both the financial and not-for-profit arenas and was in senior management at AJC, a global advocacy organization. She holds a BA from Connecticut College, an MA from Tufts University and an MBA from NYU Stern Graduate School. She was awarded the Red Jacket of Service by CityYear NY and served on the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro NY.
